Scholarship Pricing NoticeScholarship pricing offered by McAfee Institute is strictly limited to individual students who meet the scholarship eligibility requirements outlined below.Scholarship pricing cannot be used for:Employer-funded enrollmentsOrganizational or team enrollmentsAgency or government sponsored trainingMilitary tuition assistance programs (including COOL / CA)Third-party paid enrollmentsGroup purchases or pooled funding arrangementsScholarship pricing is intended solely for individual students who are personally responsible for the payment of their tuition.Eligibility RequirementsTo qualify for scholarship pricing, the student must meet all of the following conditions:The student must be personally paying for the program using their own funds.The student must not be sponsored, reimbursed, or financially supported by an employer, agency, organization, or third party.The enrollment must be for a single individual student only and may not be part of a coordinated group or team enrollment.Payment must be made directly by the student enrolling in the program.The student must accurately attest to their eligibility during the enrollment process.Prohibited Scholarship UsesThe following uses of scholarship pricing are not permitted:Multiple students enrolling together using scholarship pricingCoordinated group enrollments attempting to obtain scholarship pricingA single individual facilitating payment for multiple studentsFunds pooled from multiple individuals to obtain scholarship pricingAny attempt to use scholarship pricing for organizational or employer-related trainingIf any of the above situations occur, the enrollment does not qualify for scholarship pricing.Verification of EligibilityMcAfee Institute reserves the right to verify a student’s eligibility for scholarship pricing at any time.This may include verifying:payment sourceemployer affiliationorganizational sponsorshipcoordinated enrollmentsFailure to provide verification when requested may result in termination of enrollment.Misrepresentation of EligibilityProviding false or misleading information regarding scholarship eligibility constitutes a violation of McAfee Institute’s enrollment policies and Terms of Service.If scholarship pricing is obtained through misrepresentation of eligibility:the enrollment may be revokedprogram access may be terminatedtuition paid may be forfeitedthe student may be restricted from future enrollmentsScholarship AvailabilityScholarships are limited in availability and may change or be removed at any time.Scholarship pricing is applied at the discretion of McAfee Institute and is not guaranteed.Scholarship pricing is limited to qualified individual students. The use of a single payment method to facilitate scholarship enrollments for multiple individuals, or coordinated scholarship enrollments by groups, teams, or organizations, constitutes a violation of scholarship eligibility requirements.MILITARY FUNDINGPlease note that scholarship pricing offered through McAfee Institute is not applicable to military funding programs, including but not limited to Credentialing Assistance (CA), COOL or other military tuition assistance programs. Military personnel utilizing these funding sources will be subject to the standard program pricing as outlined in the respective funding guidelines.
