Refund & Cancellation Policy Student's Right to Cancel & Withdraw Refunds, if applicable and requested, will be issued within 3 business days via the original payment method. Full Refund Eligibility If cancellation occurs within 3 calendar days after the institution accepts enrollment, the student may request a full refund of all monies paid, provided the student: Has not accessed more than 5% of the course content, and Has not downloaded any course materials. Progress Tracking Student progress is automatically tracked using our Learning Management System (LMS) and login activity. You can monitor your progress at any time through your course dashboard. To help you stay informed, multiple checkpoint warnings are provided as you approach the 5% access threshold. After the Cancellation Period After the 3 day cancellation period or once 5% of course content has been accessed, tuition is non-refundable.
