Candidates must satisfy the applicable eligibility and conduct requirements, complete required coursework or assignments when applicable, verify their identity, pass the required proctored examination, and complete any final credential review.

McAfee Institute certification examinations are administered online through remote proctoring. The process may include identity verification, webcam monitoring, session recording, browser or testing controls, and other examination-security measures described in the current examination policies.

No. If you already have the necessary knowledge and experience, you can purchase an exam license separately. The license includes one attempt, online proctoring, and a digital certification upon passing. Study materials are only available with full certification programs.
