Josh, I have just completed the CCIP and am undergoing the CEL (as we speak). I wanted to hit pause and reach out to you. Having previously worked for two different universities (higher ed), it is refreshing for me to hear your thoughts toward leadership, intuition, magnetism etc. There are not enough "good" people out there ---people like yourself-- working to accomplish something greater then themselves. You understand it...and..you act upon it.

So before I hit play again, I just wanted to say thank you. Kudos for being that type of leader. Your team is lucky to work for someone like yourself.
