Hey Josh,
I just wanted to take a minute and tell you thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for all the time and effort you are putting into helping me out.
When all of this first started out, the skeptical side of me naturally asked the question, “why is he wanting to help ME of all people?” I still cannot answer that question other than to say you are practicing what you teach every day. Regardless, the things I am learning from you are invaluable.
As time is going on I am starting to see the bigger picture and how all the mechanics work together. I think you are a brilliant leader and cannot believe that I am lucky enough to have you mentor me. I just hope that some day I can repay you for all you’re doing. You know if there is ever anything you need from me all you have to do is ask.
I just wanted to tell you these things because I haven’t really articulated them before, although I’ve felt them since day one of your showing an interest in helping me out. I’m really excited about this new journey and can’t wait to see how it’s all going to unfold!

Hi Joshua, sorry for the delay in answering you, I found the GC for sale on Kijiji, clicked on the postal code that was on the ad, that gave me an address, and I asked management to check if they had an employee that lived on that street. They confirmed that they did. I tried to contact her via my anonymous Gmail account but she did not respond. I had to get someone locally, trusted investigator, to get in touch with her. She was successful, but there were only two GC left she had sold all the rest. With these two and her employee number I was able to trace back 5 more and had store look these up on video. She was seen switching loaded GC for blank ones on camera. We had most of the evidence we needed, but wanted an admission. I had to do a phone interview with her, because of distance and cost. She was very uncooperative and refused to admit to anything. She did however after I told her it wasn’t going away, we’re going to file criminal charges state “what difference would it have made if I admitted it I would have lost my job anyway.” This tells me she’s admitting it and she’s been thru this before. Anyways still gathering more evidence and processing civil recovery. We have her for about $500. 00 because we got it early she started working for us on Sept. 15th, 2011. Hey your training was the inspiration behind all of this.

I took the eCommerce fraud course in order to gain a new skill set so I could make a career change….the techniques and information that was passed on far exceeded my expectations.
